Accelerated Hypnotherapy Training:
Certify through the American Board of Hypnotherapy 100 hours including Home Study. Use this certification to learn to be a HypnoBirthing Fertility Consultant, course in Sydney & Brisbane 2012.
PARENTS COURSES:
HypnoBirthing Sunshine Coast. Mums learn to Birth free of fear, tension or pain using The Mongan Method.
Our courses are over a five week period. Each session lasts 2.1/2 hours and will include information, relaxation, breathing techniques and exercises, education, DVDs of birth stories and on going support . We very much encourage parents to invite their doula or midwife along to the HypnoBirthing classes. Our classes are:
Saturday mornings 10.00am - 12.30pm. or Saturday afternoons 2.00pm - 4.30 pm
If you are unable to make these times, contact me to arrange a weekday/evening sessions.
HypnoBirthing Relaxation Classes Only, in addition to the five units is an optional extra that is free of charge to HypnoBirthing Parents. If you have done a class previously with another instructor and would like to attend, please call me to reserve your place. You must bring along your notes and HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method.
